pk75 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Eligibility & Fair Use

1 Introduction

Welcome to pk75. By accessing or using the pk75 platform at pk75.win, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pk75. They apply to all products and services offered on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, and the VIP programme. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

pk75 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pk75, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or business registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on pk75.
• You must not be self-excluded from pk75 or from gambling services generally under any active self-exclusion arrangement.

pk75 may request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account activity. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being suspended until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you will keep your account details up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account on pk75. Opening or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. pk75 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to protect your login details.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk75 support immediately. pk75 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending review.

• Do not share your login credentials with friends, family, or third parties.
• Log out of the platform whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Do not use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to access or operate your account.
• Keep your registered contact information current — especially your phone number and email address — so pk75 can reach you for verification or account-related communications.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pk75 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk75 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods displayed in your account at the time of deposit are the currently active options.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else deposits on your behalf — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• pk75 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside pk75's control.
• Funds deposited into pk75 may not be transferred to other accounts; they can only be used for betting and gaming or withdrawn to a verified account held in your name.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.

• You must complete identity verification (CNIC submission) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount, displayed in your account at the time of request.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers via IBFT or Raast are typically same-day or next business day.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The receiving account must be registered in your name.
• pk75 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing, which reduces standard queue waiting times.
• pk75 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not applied selectively.

Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from your balance before a withdrawal is processed. Your real-money balance and any bonus balance are tracked separately in your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk75 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are stated clearly on the relevant offer page. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each offer.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, casino games, and slot games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. This is specified per offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk or matched betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting offer terms in a way clearly contrary to their intent — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• pk75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk75. Game-specific rules for casino, live casino, and slot games are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• pk75 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time, for any reason, without being required to provide an explanation.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, pk75 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — specific settlement rules apply to each market type. These are detailed within the relevant betting market on the platform.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules. In general, bets on events that do not complete within the stated timeframe will be voided and stakes returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk75. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage or interferes with platform operations.
• Colluding with other players or acting in a coordinated manner to exploit odds, bonuses, or game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents for verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the pk75 platform, its software, or its data.
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent location-based restrictions or account suspension measures.
• Abusing the customer support system through harassment, threats, or bad-faith claims.

pk75 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Where evidence of criminal conduct is identified, funds may be withheld pending investigation and relevant information shared with appropriate authorities.

9 Privacy & Data

pk75 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, and normal platform operations. The full details of how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected are set out in the pk75 Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to pk75 collecting and using your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the platform experience. pk75 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may contact pk75 support at any time to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or ask questions about how your data is handled.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their activity and spending. These tools are available to all registered players through account settings at any time.

pk75 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk75 staff or other platform users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is identified and the closure is at the player's own request, the verified account balance will be returned via the player's primary withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting pk75 support. Self-requested closures for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 30 days.

12 Limitation of Liability

pk75 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

• pk75 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• pk75 is not responsible for any third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• pk75 is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• In cases where a technical error results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or an incorrect game result being displayed, pk75 reserves the right to correct the error and void or re-settle the affected transactions accordingly.

Nothing in these terms limits pk75's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

pk75 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, pk75 may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pk75 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
